This event is for women looking to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and build meaningful connections with other women in a welcoming, supportive space. Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced before, you'll be encouraged to move at your own pace. All experience levels and body sizes are welcome.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga where poses are held for longer periods, typically three to five minutes. It focuses on gently stretching and nourishing the connective tissues, joints, and fascia while encouraging stillness and relaxation.

Not at all. Yin Yoga is about meeting your body where it is, not achieving a perfect pose. Props and modifications can help make the practice comfortable and accessible.

All equipment for this session will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. We encourage you to come in comfortable clothes you can move and relax in.

Yin Yoga is generally gentle and low-impact. However, holding poses for several minutes can create deep sensations. You are always encouraged to ease out of a pose if it feels painful or too intense.
